Design & Scope
We start by working with you and your team to come up with complete understanding of how the application will work in your business and how we can best integrate with your business processes.
From this information, we put together a proposal and scope for your application. This includes milestones and release cycles, so you’ll know what you’re getting, how much it’s costing and when you can expect it.
Product Development
Our team gets to work building your application. We use the latest and greatest in platforms, frameworks and development tools to ensure your application is built to the highest standard.
Our processes include version control and documentation requirements, which mean everything we do is logged and recorded in detail. We provide total transparency in the development process so you can see what our team is working on in detail and on an going basis.
Rapid Review & Release Cycles
We’re all about rapid development and high quality software. As part of the application scope we’ll provide estimated dates for release cycles. Each time we reach one of these milestones, we’ll provide you with a partial version of the application, ready to use, which includes all of the work we’ve done so far.
